Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of purchase.  All items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts, manuals, and accessories present. Parts that have been previously installed are not returnable.  Cracks & Racks may charge you the value of missing/damaged parts and may deduct this from your credit or refund.  Freight does not qualify for a refund.

Returning products is easy.  Please reference your Order Number on you return shipment.  Whenever possible, please use our return form included with your order.

All return packages must be sent prepaid with the carrier of your choice.  You are responsible for return shipping costs to Cracks & Racks. Insurance is recommended. Packages sent COD will not be accepted.

Damaged Goods & Warranty Parts
Damaged goods during shipping or warranty replacement parts will be replaced by Cracks & Racks and shipped to the customer directly.  Please contact the shop immediately upon receipt of shipments to note any damage.   If you need to make a return or receive a replacement part, please contact the shop for assistance. 

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment.  Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.  Returns received after 30 (thirty) days of original receipt of merchandise will be issued store credit.

Refused Shipments
Shipments refused and shipped back to Cracks & Racks will be subject to our return policy plus any additional shipping costs incurred by us to by the shipping provider.  Refused Cargo Box shipments will incur an additional $120 shipping fee for return shipping to Cracks & Racks. 

Open Box Returns
Items purchased with the label "Open Box Returns" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  All sales are final on "Open Box Return" items.
