It now includes all the mounting hardware needed to mount it on any crossbar system and locks are included. It has a fabulous new opening mechanism that is super easy to open and close and they've upgraded the rubber that holds your skis and boards.
The new Yakima Universal mounting hardware works very well for elliptical shaped crossbars that are angled, like those of the GMC Envoy or Chevy Trailblazer. For installations on Yakima Round Bars or Thule Square Bars, we recommend using the Yakima Ski Hardware Kit for an OEM installation.
