The STL2 is a bolt and a lock that fits into your Thule Roadway series hitch mounted bike rack. The bolt threads into your bike rack securing it into your hitch and preventing sway of the rack while the lock attaches to the end of the bolt preventing any thief from stealing your rack off of your vehicle.
