This ingenious retractable arm fits inside your Thule Load Bar to help solo boaters load and unload their boats for side-mounting applications. Simply pull the Outrigger II out from its home inside your Thule Load Bar, then place one end of your boat on the extended bar, then load the other end of your boat onto your favorite Thule watersport carrier.
