I wanted to write and thank you for your incredible service.  I was having trouble finding the correct feet and rails for my 1998 Mitsubishi Delica Spacegear (Jasper model).  I stumbled across your website, dropped you an E-mail and you wrote back immediately with what turned out to be the perfect solution.  I know another man with the same vehicle as mine and in order to mount a clamshell holder and luggage rack he installed 2 sets of feet an rails.  Well, with you suggesting the perfect length rails I have the exact same setup but on 1 set of rails.  Your setup also conforms to local laws which states the rails nor carriers can extend past the natural width of the vehicle.  Just as FYI, side view mirrors are included in the width measurement.  Anyway, your suggestion was spot on, your pricing was very competitive and you didn't gouge me on shipping charges.  So, let’s see - truly outstanding customer service, great pricing and no hidden charges.  I'm not one to run around preaching the gospel of this company or that one.  But, you guys have earned it.  I tell anyone whom I think will benefit from the information - Cracks and Racks is the one place to go for racks, carriers and accessories.  Stand and take a bow guys.  You've earned it.  BRAVO!

Just wanted to shoot a quick note and say that I had a great experience getting my roof racks. I had just purchased a '10 Mitusbishi Lancer Sportback and was having issues finding a compatible rack solution. Turning to Google I quickly turned up a reply from C&R directing a previous question about the same car to the proper kit.
An hour after placing my order the kit was shipped out and received in NJ 2 days later.

The Traverse rack arrived on Saturday afternoon and was installed that evening (pictures attached).  Easy to setup and very secure on the car.  Test drove at highway speed and not a bit of noticeable wind noise with the fairing.  What a great setup!
