What are you looking for?
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be processed within 48 hours if placed during the business week (except Express Delivery-see
details below). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be
processed on the following Monday. Please note: if your order is placed
on a holiday it will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping
Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground (Business and Home Delivery).
Shipments to Canada and Europe
We will ship to
Canada via FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Priority
or United States Postal (your choice). Any taxes, duties and fees incurred will
be the responsibility of you, the customer. (Packages will not be
delivered by FedEx until these fees have been paid!) Please call the shop toll free at 866/925-2287 or send us an email to place your order. Oversized items
Some items that we
sell are oversized and may have additional freight charges. These
products will be designated oversized with applicable charges listed in
their product descriptions.
Freight shipments
Cargo Boxes and other
items that are too big for FedEx will be shipped via Freight Carrier.
Freight service will have a minimum charge of $75.00. These items will
be noted on the product pages along with their freight charges. We can ONLY ship freight items to ADDRESSES in the Contiguous US!
Express delivery
We offer Overnight and 2-Day FedEx delivery. Your order must be in by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time. Orders
placed after noon Monday-Thursday will be shipped out the following
business day. Overnight orders placed on Friday by noon will be
delivered on Monday, 2 day by Tuesday. Overnight and 2-Day orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
Live in or visiting the Roaring Fork Valley?
Shipping charges will be waived if you want to pick up your
merchandise at one of our two store locations! Please make a note when
you check out telling us when and where (Carbondale or Aspen) you
would like to pick your order up!
Live outside the US?
At this time we ship anywhere in the US or Canada. If you need
International Service, other than to Canada, please contact us and we
will try to accommodate you.
PAYMENT INFO
We accept
, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders. If paying by Cashiers Check or
Money Order, please submit order with a note letting us know that you
are sending payment. Also please include a copy of your order with your
payment. Any order paid by personal check will be held until check has cleared. Please be aware that your order may be held for up to 3 weeks before it will be shipped!

What is the V Code on my credit card? The
V Code is the three-digit code on the back of your credit card, usually
in the signature line. If there are more than three digits, it will be
the LAST three digits present. We must have this code in order to
process your credit card. We must also have an accurate billing address
or the transaction will not be approved.
SALES TAX - USA
If you live in
Colorado, applicable sales tax will be charged according to where the
items will be shipped. Please refer to the following chart for rates:

If you live outside of Colorado, NO SALES TAX will be charged.
INTERNATIONAL SALES TAX
If you live outside the US, you, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.
RETURN POLICY
Our number one priority is customer satisfaction! We will happily accept returns within 30 (thirty) days of purchase (a 10% restocking
fee will apply to refunds). All items must be unused, in original
packaging, with all parts, manuals, etc. present. Freight does not
qualify for a refund.
Please fill out the RETURN FORM and enclose with items being returned.
Refunds
A 10% restocking
fee will be charged on all returns requiring a refund (unless the
return is a result of an error on the part of Cracks &
Racks). Refunds will be issued in the same method as the
original payment if you paid with credit card, your account will be
credited for the amount of merchandise returned minus 10%; if you paid with check, a refund check will be issued as soon as merchandise has been received by us. Restocking fee applies to web-placed and phone orders.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different item, the restocking fee will be waived. Please fill out the Exchange section of the RETURN FORM.
You,
the customer, are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS involved in
returns-both the return freight to us, and also any freight to ship
another product to you, if applicable. Items returned that were purchased during free shipping promotions will be charged current ground shipping price for those items. Please note that you are responsible for the
condition of the products, so please pack, insure and ship accordingly.
ALL SALES FINAL on Sale Items!!! Items purchased as "specials" or at a discount are non refundable!
Exceptions to restocking fees and return shipping:
- Defective items (subject to verification)
- Incorrectly shipped items
- Items damaged in shipping
BACK ORDERS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
You will be contacted if any of the items you ordered are out of
stock and will be given an approximate ship date. It will be totally up
to you, as to whether you want to wait for the items or not. We are
more than happy to place your items on backorder and ship them to you
as soon as they are available.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ORDER CHANGE
Changed
your mind? We will do everything in our power to cancel or change your
order if you let us know immediately. Like we said before, we usually
get orders shipped within 48 hours of receipt, so hopefully you can
catch us before your order ships. If not, you will be responsible for all freight, and that nasty restocking fee to return the products. Cracks & Racks reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of order placement.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Not
sure what to get that special someone? A gift certificate is a great
way to show the love and not mess up with the wrong gift! Let us know
what amount and we will do the rest. We will email a certificate to you
or the recipient that can be used to purchase any of our fun products!!
PRIVACY POLICY
We
respect your privacy! We will only use your email address for official
communications with you from cracksandracks.com and we will never
reveal, sell, rent, lease, trade or give it away. Your personal
information is safe and confidential with us. We will not sell or give
your information to anyone for any reason other than to complete the
transaction at hand. If you enter into any Cracks & Racks contests
or submit any photos for our gallery, you are giving us full rights to
use your name, any text submitted, and your images on our site. If you
want credit for images submitted, please ask and we will be sure
it gets listed with the photos.

WARRANTY INFO
All of the products we sell are new and come with full Manufacturers Warranty. Please call us at 866-925-2287 or email us at warranty at cracksandracks if
you would like specific information about a particular product's
warranty. If you have a warranty problem, contact us and we will direct
you in how to proceed in taking care of the issue. Please be aware, the
manufacturer must approve warranty issues. It is not up to Cracks &
Racks to decide if the problem with a product is a manufacturer defect.
